Situated at 250 meters above sea level, in the first belt of hills of the Marche region, the farm is in the neighbourhood of Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra and Morro d’Alba, three typical villages which in the past where under the influence of the royal town of Jesi and for this reason they still are identified as Castelli of Jesi. The marvellous “velvet” beach of Senigallia is only 12 Km and it is easily reachable thanks to a pleasant and shaded country road still less-travelled. There it is possible to enjoy beautiful views with enchanting sunsets having at the on the horizon the small villages of the Misa and Nevola valley.
